    Hip:
  Pain over bursa, often feels when lying on area at night.

    Knee:

Asthma is a common illness characterized by repeated attacks of paroxysmal dyspnea with wheezing, condition making it most common chronic childhood disease to date. During an asthma attack, lung’s airways (bronchioles) become inflamed, contraction and become lined with excessive amounts of mucous causing a restriction of airflow and making it very difficult to breathe.   • Reduce dust and pollen in household. During pollen season, try keeping windows closed and opt for an air conditioner instead. Dust can be reduced by replacing carpets with tiles or wooden floors, buying washable curtains and blinds, and vacuuming upholstered furniture and mattresses regularly.
  • Stress and anxiety are triggers, if then learn to manage with relaxation such as meditation, deep breathing exercises.
  • Treat colds and flu as soon as they become evident.

CHIKUNGUNYA, a viral disease with severe illness that transmitted through the mosquito bites. There is no possibility to have it through the direct contact chikungunya+from another person who is already affected. The condition is not a fatal one but mosquito control is the best method to prevent it. The symptoms may seem similar to dengue fever, with an acute febrile illness that may last for few days, but followed by a prolonged arthralgia disease, which affects most of the joints of extremities. The pain in the joints could persist for weeks or months or in some cases years too is possible. The fever will subside early but joint pains may remain.
Symptoms include:
