There is no magic food or diet that is going to do away with arthritis pain. But if having overweight and after lose weight, it will cut a significant amount of the stress and pain whatever one feels either in spinal column, keens, hips, ankle and or on feet. Overweight more, the more stress and pressure on joints, which increases stress on cartilages that interferes with the bone, thus increasing incidence of inflammation, swelling, immovability and pain in joints. Besides to control weight, and at the same time, advisable to increase water intake that too not less that three liters a day, unless not restricted by the physician for any other cause could be renal or heart.
