Breast Cancer prevention through lifestyle energy channels;

Breast cancer, like all other cancers, forms when process of cell division goes awry. Normally, cells are constantly dividing and dying ensuring that there is a basic balance between cell death and cell division. Tumor cells do not have the same checks and balances that affect normal cell cycle. Non-cancerous tumors (benign) are generally not life threatening. This is because they don’t usually invade surrounding tissue and spread, are easily removed, and don’t tend to grow back after removal. Cancerous tumors (malignant) can be life threatening. This is because they can invade surrounding tissue, have potential of spreading throughout  body, and though they can be removed they have a risk of to growing back. Breast cancer and its complications can affect nearly every part of the body.

To prevent breast cancer: •Exercise regularly •Reduce fat intake •Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and other high fiber foods •Limit or don’t drink alcohol as High levels of estrogen for long periods of time increase likelihood of breast cancer. So do early puberty, late menopause, having first child at later age, not breast feeding, and never having children at all. The oral contraceptive pill is thought to increase risk slightly, as does hormone replacement therapy (HRT) if taken for more than five years ‘longer period’.


Age: chances are high as the age increases.

Alcohol: limit or decrease consumption or preferably avoid it altogether, regardless the type of alcohol. It increases estrogen levels especially after menopause leading to an increased risk.

Cells: every person has cancer cells in body. These cells do not show up in standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in body after treatment, it just means tests are unable to detect cells because they have not reached detectable size.

Folate: get your folate; while experts say that an overall healthy diet may help prevent breast cancer, a growing body of research suggests that getting enough of B vitamin folate (in leafy green vegetables, beans and fortified cereals)

Immunity: when person’s immune system is strong, cancer cells will be destroyed, and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.

Iodine: get sufficient iodine, an essential trace element required for synthesis of hormones, and lack of it can also cause or contribute to development of health problems including breast cancer, as breasts absorbs and use a lot of iodine that need for proper cellular function. Its deficiency or insufficiency in any of tissue will lead to dysfunction of that tissue, and possibility to grow of tumor.

Lump: more common warning signs include a palpable lump, a change in size or shape of breast, puckering of skin, nipple changes (like scaling or discharge), or increased warmth.

Sleep: get enough sleep make sure of it. Poor sleep can interfere with melatonin production, which is associated with increased risk of insulin resistance and weight gain, both of which contribute to cancer’s virility.

Sugar: a cancer-feeder, by cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells, especially fructose.

Water: best to drink purified or filtered. Distilled water is acidic, should avoid it.
